He married Margaret of Huntingdon, or Margaret of Scotland, daughter of Henry, Prince of Scotland, Earl of Huntingdon (son of St. David I, King of Scotland), and his wife, Ada Warren, daughter of William de Warren, Earl of Surrey, and his wife, Isabel Vermandois, and sister of William, King of the Scots, and widow of Conan le Petit, Duke of Brittany and Earl of Richmond. Humphrey was succeeded by his eldest son, Henry.

    Humphrey married Margaret of Huntingdon, Duchess of Brittany. Margaret (daughter of Henry 9TH EARL OF HUNTINGDON, of Scotland and Adelaide DE WARREN) died in 1201. [Group Sheet]
