Henry McCollum & Jean McCauley - 1787 Marriage Bond
Research by Burlingame in 2017 states that James and Jane were children who emigrated with their father, William in the 1770s (some report 1774). The marriage bond shows her as Jean. Note: Henry's surname is spelled two ways in the bond certificate, with McCollum being the spelling used in the signatures area. The 1818 will of William McCauley, proved 1826, bequeaths property to his daughter Jane McCollum.
